The first thing is to peel the cucumber and remove the rind from the watermelon, as well as the seeds. We put all the ingredients in the glass of the blender or in the kitchen robot and beat. Next, we pass everything through a strainer to remove the skins and seeds from the tomato and let it cool in the fridge.
